To Submit an 'RMA' -
1. Log in to your account.
2. Find the 'Track Recent Orders' header
3. Find the order, and click 'view details'
4. Find the 'Add New RMA' link
5. Complete & Submit RMA
Shipping Error: Did we ship you the wrong product? Sorry to hear that! Please let us know within three days of package's receipt so we can make it right.
Warranty: Snap not working? Wonky seam? We will gladly repair or replace any products that are defective due to defects in manufacturing and/or workmanship for 45 days following the diaper's arrival in your hands. This date will be confirmed against the delivery tracking # on your diaper's package. Repairs will be made by the factory which sews the diapers. Customer is responsible for shipping the defective diaper back to us. Once we receive the item(s) and confirm the defects, we will then reimburse you for these shipping charges.
We Hope You Love Your Peachys As Much As We Love them. But something not quite right? Please see below. We've designed three ways to offer the best service to our customers' needs.
Cash Return: Changed your mind? Please submit your return request using the 'RMA' form. Once the package is received by us and inspected, a refund will be issued via Paypal. Please allow five business days for inspection. If your order was shipped to you for free, applicable/prorated shipping charges will be deducted from the refund value. Customer is responsible for return shipping to us.
All returned items must be in 'like-new' condition. In other words, we must be able to put the product back on our shelf. Any items returned new but otherwise unsellable (pet hair, smoke smell, etc) will be eligible for a 'washed return' refund (please see below). We will contact you if your item is not in acceptable condition.
Cash Returns must be received within 30 days of your original purchase.
Washed Return: Washed it up and do not care for the fit? Get a new stash only for your baby to switch to undies a few weeks later? As long as the diapers are still in Excellent Used Condition (free of any stains, all components still in 'gently used' condition, diapers washed and dried per Peachy Green's care instructions), we will buy them back from you at 70% of the price you paid.

We reserve the right to refuse any Washed Returns that do not meet these standards. Washed Returns must be received within 45 days of original purchase.

Buy-back rates dependent on diaper's condition, rarity and other factors, and will be quoted on a person-to-person basis. Peachy Green reserves the right to refuse any buy backs that do not match our standards and/or needs.
