How soon will my order be mailed out?
Purchases will ship within 3 business days, and we strive to ship within 24 hours. We think that if we have your money we should give you your goodies!
Do you ship outside the US, and how much will it cost?
Yes, we ship worldwide! You will see the shipping options in the cart at checkout. The way to figure it out is to put the items in your cart, and then when you look at the cart, below the total there will be a link that says calculate shipping. It will give the shipping cost.
For international orders, we offer First Class International shipping to save you money. Please be aware that there is no tracking with this method. Most orders arrive within 2 weeks, but parcels can sometimes take 6 weeks or longer. If you need your order quickly or you want tracking, please choose Priority Mail International.
If you are uncertain whether our products will work for you, please consider ordering just one item. While we love large orders, first and foremost we want you to be happy.
What if I have a problem with my order?
Our Guarantee: Peachy Green does not want to sell anything less than a quality, well-made product. Every item is guaranteed for the first 45 days after the shipping date, so long as the care instructions have been followed. If there is a problem, the item will be repaired or replaced at the discretion of Peachy Green.
Can I return it?
Diapers & Covers: The original purchaser may return any diaper or cover in unused, unwashed condition, to be mailed back within 10 days of receipt by the customer (as shown by USPS delivery confirmation). Snaps must be fastened closed. Open snaps damage fabric in transit and will void the return refund. Send the package to: Peachy Green, 2874 Foxfire Dr, Saint Louis MO 63129. The item must be received by Peachy Green in new, unwashed condition.
What is your shipping policy for returns and exchanges?
The customer is responsible for return shipping. In the case of an exchange, it is simpler to do a new transaction for the new item. We do not cover returns and exchanges because we try to keep our prices, including shipping charges, as low as possible. We would have to mark up our products or add a handling fee to fund a "free" returns service.
Do you charge sales tax?
There are no sales taxes charged, except for residents of Missouri.
I live outside the US, will I be charged an import duty on my order?
Foreign country duties, if any, would be assessed by your home country. Usually our items are low value enough not to trigger duty. Please do not ask us to write down the value of your order on the customs form.
Peachy Green reserves the right to refuse any order.
